Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful learning experience for all attendees, please take note of the following: 📷 No Photo or Video Recording: Recording or taking screenshots of the seminar is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of participants and the integrity of the content. ⏰ Be on Time: Late entries may not be entertained once the session has started. 📌 Booking Policy 🗓️ Advance Booking Required: All services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our official channels. 💳 Confirmed Upon Payment: Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received. Unpaid slots may be released to others without notice. ❌ Cancellation Policy 🚫 No Refunds: All confirmed bookings are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. ⏰ No Rescheduling for No-Shows: If you fail to attend without prior notice, the slot is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. 🔁 Rescheduling Requests: We allow one-time rescheduling only if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. ⏳ Waitlist Policy 📝 If your preferred slot is full, you may join the waitlist. 📞 Waitlisted clients will be contacted in order of signup if a slot becomes available. 🕒 Once contacted, you must confirm your slot within 12 hours, or it will be offered to the next person in line.
