Acceptance of post-dated cheques, installment arrangements, guarantees, or alternative payment methods does not alter the non-refundable nature of payments.

Advance payments are required to secure professional time, resources, and processing capacity.
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Fees
All payments made to YES PINOY PRO™, without exception, are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
This includes, but is not limited to, all fees, charges, deposits, retainers, consultation fees, advisory fees, service fees, processing fees, administrative fees, reservation fees, seminar fees, orientation fees, and any other payments made in any form.
All payments are deemed fully earned upon receipt, regardless of:

Whether services have commenced, are in progress, or are completed

Whether services are partially rendered or not rendered

Any cancellation, withdrawal, postponement, or change of decision by the client

Failure of the client to submit documents, information, or requirements

Any delay, rejection, denial, or decision by government authorities or third parties

Any outcome that does not meet the client’s expectations
No refunds, credits, reversals, chargebacks, or transfers shall be issued under any circumstances, unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by an authorized management representative of YES PINOY PRO™.
Services-Based Compensation
YES PINOY PRO™ is fully entitled to compensation for:

Professional advisory and consultancy services of all kinds

Administrative and operational work
-
Documentation preparation and coordination
-
Processing, follow-ups, and case handling
Accordingly, services rendered, reserved, initiated, or prepared are non-refundable, irrespective of outcome.
Refund Requests and Applications
YES PINOY PRO™ reserves the absolute and sole discretion to reject any refund request, including but not limited to cases where:

Required documents or information were not provided

Client eligibility requirements were not met

Applications were delayed or rejected by authorities

Costs, processing, or professional effort had already been incurred
Decisions of government bodies, Free Zones, immigration authorities, regulators, or third parties are outside the control of YES PINOY PRO™ and do not constitute grounds for any refund.
Consultancy, Management, and Professional Fees
All consultancy, management, advisory, and professional fees are treated as advance earned fees.
These fees compensate for professional time, knowledge, experience, and effort, and are strictly non-refundable, except in cases of proven material breach solely attributable to YES PINOY PRO™, as confirmed in writing by management.
Data Minimization and Accuracy
We adhere to strict data minimization principles:

Only data required for defined purposes is collected

Reasonable steps are taken to ensure data accuracy and relevance

Inaccurate or outdated data is corrected or securely deleted when identified
Third-Party and Government Fees
Payments made to third parties are outside the refund responsibility of YES PINOY PRO™, including but not limited to:

Government and regulatory authority fees

Free Zone or Mainland licensing fees

Immigration, visa, or permit fees

Third-party vendors, agents, or service providers

Legal, notary, courier, or documentation fees

Disbursements made on behalf of the client
Any refunds, if applicable, are subject solely to the independent refund policies of the respective third parties.
Success Fees, Referral Fees, and Commissions
Any success fee, referral fee, brokerage fee, commission, incentive, or performance-based payment, once earned, is final and non-refundable, regardless of subsequent developments or outcomes.
External Factors and Force Majeure
YES PINOY PRO™ shall not be held liable for delays, denials, or changes arising from:

Changes in laws, regulations, or policies

Government decisions or system issues

Force majeure events
-
Acts or omissions of third parties
Such circumstances do not entitle the client to any refund.
Policy Acceptance
By making payment, engaging services, or proceeding with any transaction, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full.
Payment constitutes full and final acceptance of these terms.
Amendments
YES PINOY PRO™ reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the official website shall prevail.
