Salary Range

Monthly salaries depend on the position and experience level, ranging from:

EUR 400 to EUR 2,500


Examples of higher-paying roles include:

  • Vibroflot Crane Operator: up to EUR 2,500

  • Construction Site Engineer: up to EUR 1,300

  • Project Manager: up to EUR 1,200

  • Skilled Technicians: up to EUR 1,200

Seasonal and overtime work may increase earnings by 20% to 50% depending on workload and employer requirements.

Truck Mechanic, Generic Mechanic, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Pressure Vessel Mechanic, Electromechanical Technician, Auto Tools Programmer

Industrial and Manufacturing:Printing Machine Operator, Sheet Metal Worker, Metal Painter, Aluminum Fabricator, Food Technologist Engineer


Automotive and Equipment:

Car Designer, Heavy Vehicle Engine Specialist, Disc Tire Worker, Iron Machine Operator


Carpentry and Furniture:

Work Conditions

  • Contract period: 1 year, renewable

  • Working days: 6 days per week

  • Working hours: 8 hours per day

  • Minimum working hours: 48 hours per week

Mentorship Program Fee AED 100

This includes full guidance, document preparation support, interview preparation, and clear explanation of the process. Only those who came to mentorship have the chance to be selected. Please note that mentorship does not guarantee that you will be selected, our objective is to teach you, so that you will be prepared in the interview of the employers.


Placement Fee to be discussed in the mentorship program

Additional Costs (to be paid by the applicant) Airfare ticket, government fees, and required documentation expenses, like authentication of your documents.
